The essence of the application is based on the well-known “point” method. Enter into your application settings bad habits (you can specify several) that you want to quit and mark each breakdown in the program. Next, follow the total score for all habits.
The technique is based on honesty to oneself. For this to work, you need to realize that there is a bad habit and you really want to get rid of it. For each habit, you need to set the level of criticality: weak, medium, hard. It depends on the number of withdrawn points during a breakdown. For each day, for each habit, 1 point is awarded, if there was no breakdown. Statistics are kept, the date / time of each failure is recorded, and the result of the account is every 7 days and a graph is plotted.
It is considered successful if the number of points on the chart increases each time. If it falls or stands still, it is necessary to reconsider its behavior.
